The Bunkhouse offers year-round, rustic lodging with access to the best of Central Vermont’s remote wilderness and miles of trails. We welcome all types of outdoor adventurers, or those just looking to relax in the serenity of the Bunkhouse and its remote surroundings.

Come join us for the perfect four-season getaway, where you will be sure to enjoy Vermont’s year-round beauty. Our cozy accommodations offer activities for any time of year and any type of person. While ideal for equine trail riding, there are limitless other recreational activities to experience such as:  Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming in our pond. Not feeling adventurous? No problem, bring your favorite book and just relax. The Bunkhouse is also an ideal place for groups and clubs to gather.

We are “off the grid,” with solar and generator power for all of your (and our) electrical needs. Despite being in a remote location, it is only a short drive to Barre, Bradford and Montpelier, where you will find many dining and shopping options.
